Machining is a multiple processing by cutting, milling, drilling and thread tapping based on various kinds of material in rod form. A machining center is usually equipped with specialized cutters to accurately process outer shape, drilling, threading, groove cutting, vertical cutting, and knurling etc. Machining process is for products that require precision demands or complex shapes.Was Sheng has advanced complex multi-axis sliding head CNC, fixed head complex cutting-milling CNC, twin spindle turret CNC and CAM operated lathe. Metal stamping is a process operated with a press and main tool (upper portion & lower portion). Sheet metal can be formed and cut by pressing. Metal has the following advantages:1. A good process to mass produce a part within a short period.

Cold forming is a process which a product is formed by wire and header under room temperature. Such process is the most efficient and the least material usage. This is an ideal process for mass production since cold formed parts usually do not require complicated secondary processes. Generally, forming process can be divided into the following stages:1. Cold Heading - from simple 1 die X 2 blow header to multi-stage header.
2. Threading - thread rolling for screws and thread tapping for nuts.
Aluminum extrusion is a process forming raw material, such as cold forging and thermal extrusion, mainly applied on complex shaped components with loose tolerances. The concepts is to form a product according customer's design by inserting aluminum into a constructed mold then pull the product out of the mold. Extruded products are usually reworked such as drilling, thread tapping and surface coating, etc.
